CHERRIES
Cherry harvesting in Chile...amazing! We just carried it out under specific conditions focusing on maximizing quality. It's crucial to harvest on time, avoid high temperatures and wet conditions. The fruit must be handled with care to eliminate damage and compression. We do what we love focusing on details resulting in the best quality fruit.
BLUEBERRIES
The blueberries quality depends mostly on the timing of harvest and post-harvest handling. It should be harvested when the fruits have an uniform blue color and the temperature should be properly managed to prolong their life. As result we always end up obtaining just the best quality.
